Vectrocon’s 14 years of experience eliminating technology problems benefits our clients because we maintain a running list of technologies that work cost effectively to eliminate the problems most frequently encountered by our client base. Also, we are small enough that we can tailor engagements to meet your firm’s needs. We support businesses whose main or only site is in New Jersey or Florida, with branch offices throughout the United States. Many of our clients are subdivisions of corporations located outside the United States, and currently include firms with headquarters in Australia, Japan, Israel, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. Our experience with and investment in training on Microsoft infrastructure yields high reliability for our clients. Our clients have long expected us to be capable of integrating and maintaining third party and industry specific applications, in addition to common software applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products; which leads to low client downtime and quick problem elimination. We participate as a Microsoft Certified Partner, meaning that Microsoft acknowledges our training but more importantly has received testimonials from our clients as to our capabilities. We also have considerable experience with Apple’s MacOS X and various distributions of Linux. We maintain systems using all these operating systems. We support both VMWare and Microsoft virtualization technology on both the desktop and the server, and can show you how to apply these technologies to reduce the amount of hardware you purchase and maintain, while also improving your disaster recovery efforts. We have a wide knowledge of firewall, server and storage products from many companies. We provide network monitoring as a service, including backup checks. We also offer an offsite fully encrypted backup solution. Our largest business area is outsourcing and network support services, acting as an information technology department, or in conjunction with either a dedicated or part-time technology person as experienced supplemental staff. We currently have clients on both fixed fee and pay as you go agreements, as well as hybrid billing methods. We exist to eliminate technology problems for our clients through network design, system evaluation and short and long term technical support and network support and administration services. |
