On Call Technical Support and Network Support Specifications

  • Vectrocon offers on call technical support in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Union and Somerset Counties in New Jersey.


  • Our rate as of January 4th, 2010 will be: $145.00 average per hour (varies by particular technician and skill level).


  • We charge a 4 hour minimum for onsite calls, but do not charge for travel time. For telephone or remote access work, we bill in 15 minute increments.


  • If you intend to contact us with any regularity, or require periodic service, please consider our contract service or fixed fee engagements, which have vastly reduced rates and reduced or eliminated minimum fees.
