Vectrocon offers fixed fee technical support in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties in Florida. We are equidistant from Miami and Fort Lauderdale and just South of Palm Beach County.

Vectrocon is no exception. We have been providing fixed fee support since 2003, long before it was fashionable or referred to under the recent moniker of managed services.
Each of our fixed fee engagements is completely hand tailored to meet the needs of the individual client.
Technical support and network support engagements include both routine work (verify backups, patches, anti-virus) and account for maintenance service (hardware failures, minor software updates, configuration issues) but usually
do not include project work, such as major upgrades, application programming or other special requirements.
We guarantee response times for our contract clients. Typically, we agree to a call back within 2 hours and if necessary on-site service by the next business day. Faster response times can be negotiated.
